Neversent collects nothing. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. What you write stays on your device. This page explains that in the detail an app store and a lawyer both want.
Nothing. Neversent has no user accounts, no sign-in, no email capture, no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Your threads, messages, feelings and sealed letters are stored in a private database inside the app's own container on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, because there is nowhere for them to be transmitted to.
No part of Neversent analyses, scans, or classifies what you write — not for crisis detection, not for recommendations, not for anything. Support resources in the app are shown in a fixed place at all times and are never triggered by your content.
"Neversent Forever" is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists. We receive no payment details, and Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction. There is no subscription.
Neversent is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.
Rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data (under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws) all concern data a company holds about you. We hold none. You can delete everything at any time by deleting a thread or the app itself, and you can export your own copy from Settings.
If this policy ever changes, the updated date above changes with it, and any version that collects data would be announced in the app before it did.
